I’m a community-driven entrepreneur who has spent over two decades building performing arts programs from the ground up and helping them grow into thriving, sustainable organizations. My work is centered on empowering families, developing confident young performers, and supporting fellow educators and business owners as they build meaningful careers in the arts. I’m passionate about creating environments where students gain life skills, teachers grow professionally, and communities connect through creativity. And on a lighter note, I also brought a body-positive bunny to life in my children’s book Bella Bunny, a story inspired by the dance studio world that celebrates confidence, kindness, and self-acceptance.
